🔑Check-in
Check-in is from 4:00 PM. Your entry code and gate details are in your arrival message. Head to the gated entrance, use your code, and park on-site.
👋Check-out
Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Quick list: start a dishwasher load, bag the trash and place it by the gate, turn off the A/C and lights, close windows, and lock up. Need a late checkout? Just ask — we'll accommodate when we can.
🌙Quiet hours
This is a neighbor-friendly gated community. Everyday activity is welcome anytime, but no large, loud gatherings from 11 PM–7 AM (community rule; a $2,000 penalty applies to violations). Please keep it mellow overnight.
🚗Parking & gate
On-site parking is included within the gated community. Your gate/entry code is in your confirmation. Please don't block neighbors' driveways.
🗑️Trash & recycling
Bag all trash and place it in the bins by the gate. Collection days: [add days]. Please rinse and flatten recyclables.
🏊Pool rules
The pool is yours to enjoy anytime. Please supervise children at all times — there is no lifeguard. No glass near the pool. Rinse off before swimming.
🧺Laundry
The washer & dryer are located [location]. Detergent is provided. Please don't overload; run full cycles to be gentle on the machines.
🔥BBQ / outdoor kitchen
The outdoor kitchen & grill are by the pool. Turn the gas valve on, ignite, and turn the gas off at the tank when finished. Please clean the grates after use.
📺TV & streaming
Use the smart TV remote; apps like Netflix, Disney+, and YouTube are ready to go. Please sign out of any personal accounts before checkout. See the Entertainment tile for a movie-night guide.
☕Coffee station
Coffee maker, filters, and starter coffee are in the kitchen. Want the fridge pre-stocked next time? Ask about grocery pre-stocking.
❄️Air conditioning
Set the thermostats to your comfort and keep doors & windows closed so the A/C runs efficiently in the island heat. Please switch units off when you head out.

Guides for the major appliances are in the kitchen drawer. Anything acting up? Send a Maintenance Request from the Contact screen and we'll jump on it.

The Lindas
Your hosts — the Linda family 🌴

Casa Linda began as a dream to create a home by the sea where families and friends could gather, slow down, and make memories together. We poured love into every detail — from the pool and sundeck to the two kitchens built for long, shared meals.

Our name is on the door, so our standards are too. We manage Casa Linda ourselves because we believe hospitality is personal. When you stay here, you're not a booking number — you're our guest.
